I know its been a while since i updated this thing! Sorry about that, for any of you out there that actually check my blog. But yeah, continuing on in the order of my travels, here are some of the NYC highlights!

We were skating this square/sculpture downtown, and this guy came up to talk to us, suprisingly, he's the guy who made the sculpture.. He wrote a book about it, here he is showing us the book. he read it to us like it was Primary/elementary school!

This trip was so fucking sick. My favourite one out of my time abroad.

Brazilian BBQ houses are so good, well if you're a carnivore that is. They have a crazy buffet for all the breads, salads, pasta's etc. Then come around with skewers of all the different sorts of meat you could imagine.

Sorry for the super long delay in posts. Shit, actually im not that sorry because i dont even know if anyone even reads my blog..

So after that RVCA tour, me and Sammy went and stayed in LA, at the downtown standard for 5nights during the x-games. All we were there for was to watch and party. So it was good times for sure!

RVCA Tour Chicago To Texas

Ok, so its been a while since i updated this thing, so i thought it was only about time to do it!

The RVCA trip was soooo tight.. Jimmy (the TM) ran it tough, we were skating our asses off. Basically we would skate into the night, til about 3-4am, then to the hotel, sleep til 10, up drive for hours to a signing, possibly a demo after then street skating into the night again. It was good to just skate loads. Here's a few pics..

RVCA MIDWEST TOUR 2008

Tomorrow im off on a 10day RVCA tour from Chicago through to Texas. All places of which i have never been before.. Should be pretty fun! I wont be blogging from the road, so i'll do a big update once i get back!

Over the weekend was the maloof cup! Wow, it was the most amazing and intense skating i have ever seen! Congrats to Paul for taking it out and taking home the $100K cheque!

Here's 1st Place and 5th Place! Nice work boys!

We went to one of the after parties.. It was in Newport beach, Lil Jon was there hahaha..

One of the nights we kept it chill. We were back in long beach hanging out with a couple Sprouters.. Darrell walked to the store with us in pyjama pants, he also backflip off a wall.. Who knows what he was drinking.. here he is being helped up after getting a little tired on the walk..

Ok, so we went skating in riverside, and met up with Paul, Atiba and crew. It was hot as fuck! Like almost unbearable to skate..

We spent the day skating the ledge off the drop, then he decides he'll just go up it!! Darrell bet me $20 to ollie up the top of the ledge 1st try... I failed miserably.

Paul got a new ride! Damn it must be nice, CLS550, with Darrell's S550 in the background..

The next day it was 4th of July.. Which means American Independence day! Even though im not American, im still down to celebrate and party!!

Ok, so im now in California again!! So sick being back here. Its summertime, hot as hell and the sprouters are plentiful !

Before we left we went out partying in Sydney as usual. Sammy Winter was back down and staying with me so we got loose as usual.

We had a crew. Sam even kicked it with Robin, of Batman and Robin fame! I dont think he liked him all that much though

After a long ass flight, (we had to fly to Taipei first, for a layover then on to LA) We got picked up by Jeremy from DC. Even though he had navigation we all talked to much, missed all the turn prompts and ended up going the long way to Darrells house in Long beach, through Compton and all the hood areas. Made it in one piece though so its all good.

Got to Darrells, and was greeted by these two mugs!

Ok mates. Here is the new blog. Something happened to the old one and it wont let me sign in. Im pissed off too, cos it was bjornjohnston.blogspot. But i cant access it.

Oh, well far too much going on to worry about all that.
